Who is selling this, and where are they?
Look for a company name, a physical address and a working support contact. A site with no identifiable seller is a site with no accountable party if something goes wrong.
What exactly am I being charged, and how often?
Read the total at checkout, not the per-unit price in the headline. Check for shipping, handling, currency conversion and any pre-checked upsell boxes. Confirm whether the charge repeats.
What does the label actually say?
Ask to see the full supplement facts panel or materials list before buying. If the ingredient list is not published anywhere on the site, that absence is itself information.
Is this compatible with my situation?
Pregnancy, nursing, prescription medication, an existing diagnosis or an upcoming surgery all change the calculation. These are conversations for a qualified professional, not a product page.
- Prescription interactions
- Known allergies to botanical or dairy-derived ingredients
- Age restrictions printed on the label
- Existing conditions being actively treated
How do I get my money back if I change my mind?
Find the refund policy before you order and note the window, the conditions and the contact channel. If you cannot find it in under two minutes, treat that as a reason to wait.
